Flagstaff is in Arizona, in the Southwest, where the desert climate brings very hot summers, mild sunny winters and the summer monsoon; outdoor businesses shift their hours toward early mornings and evenings in the hottest months. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Flagstaff follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Bridgett at the front desk was really nice and made the whole process easy. The mechanic on duty fixed my truck quick and efficient. Highly recommend this place.

Very disappointing and frustrating experience. I checked in the night before and was told the shop operates 24 hours and that my truck would likely be taken overnight or first thing in the morning. At 7:00 AM I checked in again. The person at the front desk acted as if she had no record or awareness of my check-in from the night before, so I had to explain the entire situation again from the beginning. She seemed surprised that I had already been registered the previous evening. I was then told again that I would be the first truck to be serviced. After waiting over 3 hours, I went back to ask about the status. Only then did they finally connect their diagnostic computer to my truck. After all that waiting, the final answer was:β€œOur computer cannot read your Volvo truck. You need to go to a Volvo dealer.” So after sitting there for hours and being told I was first in line, the shop suddenly discovers that their equipment cannot even diagnose the vehicle. This is the part that makes the experience so frustrating. If a shop has diagnostic equipment that cannot read certain trucks, that should be clearly communicated before drivers are asked to wait for hours. Commercial drivers opera

Well Truck Drivers I don’t recommend this Truck shop, they replaced my 7th injector one week, their mechanics take per hour $200, so for this replacement they charged me $900. And the mechanics too aggressive don’t know their job as professionals they don’t do properly their job. Be careful if you fix it there check it couple times fixed place !!!

Worst experience ever. They blew out my truck's radiator and damaged my coolant reservoir. This shop seems more focused on creating work orders than actually performing the work. Extremely overpriced for the quality of service provided. Not the right shop. Avoid unless you have absolutely no other choice.

Jeffery, Burt and Aric were great guys to work with. Jeffery safely towed my 90,000 pound rig to their shop and easily and efficiently diagnosed and fixed the problem. All within 4 hours total time from the first phone call to driving out of their shop. Very fairly priced as well!
